Returns & Exchanges


We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and we believe that you will be delighted with your items.  However, if you wish to return or exchange goods for any reason please follow the following steps below.

1) If from within the UK Contact us for a free returns label using the contact us page located here. If returning from outside the UK please contact us for further instructions here

2) Await an email from ourselves containing the returns label (we reserve the right to decline if we believe the system is being abused).

3) Pack your item containing details about the exchange/refund you require.  As a minimum we recommend:

          a) Name         
          b) Address
          c) Phone number
          d) Order number
          e) Details of exchange/return you would like carried out.

4) Take to your local shipping office.

5) When received we will carry out your exchange.

Remember to provide us with the following information:

 - Order number

- Name

- Product(s) you would like to return

- Let us know if it is for a refund or exchange

- Finally the reason



 If you would like an exchange, please make sure you let us know:

 - Which product you would like to exchange your item to

- Size

- Colour



We cannot guarantee the replacement item will be in stock when the original item arrives back to us.

 If you would like to ensure the availability of the product please place a new order on and we will refund the original item.


 PLEASE NOTE: All items are covered by our 30 day exchange or refund guarantee so please ensure your items reach us within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items must be unused and have all the original packaging and tags intact so that the item can be resold.

If we find that items have not been returned to use in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

When returning item(s), you will be responsible for the cost of postage.

For your own protection we suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other traceable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

The cost for returning goods are paid by the consumer. We will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed, although exchanges are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days and refunds within 7.

For international orders please send back via recorded delivery through your National Postal Service.
